Every client starts with a free consultation.
After completing a short survey about your goals, experience, and lifestyle, you’ll receive a link to schedule your call.
Before the call, I review your responses and prepare a plan direction tailored to you.
During the consultation, we’ll go over that plan, make adjustments, and make sure everything is clear before moving forward.

CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT PLANS
Your training program is built specifically for your goals, experience level, schedule, and any limitations.
I start with a structured outline based on your survey, then refine and finalize it after your consultation to make sure everything fits you properly.
From there, your program is updated over time based on your progress and feedback.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE
Your nutrition is built to support your goals without overcomplicating your life.
You’ll receive clear guidance based on your preferences, routine, and goals — whether that’s a more structured approach or something flexible.
As you progress, adjustments are made to keep everything working and sustainable.

WEEKLY CHECK IN
Weekly check-ins are a core part of the program.
You’ll submit a quick check-in each week to track progress, share feedback, and highlight anything you want to adjust or improve.
This allows me to continuously refine your training and nutrition so you keep progressing.

You’ll have direct access to me throughout the process.
Whether you have questions, need clarification, or want feedback, you can reach out at any time.
I respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) to keep you moving forward and on track.

GETTING STARTED
There’s no upfront payment required to get started.
After your consultation, if you decide to move forward, coaching is $150/month and includes your training, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and ongoing support.
Once you’re set up, your full plan will be finalized and delivered, and you’ll begin the program with continued guidance and adjustments.
